Said 3-4 days for delivery but…
Said 3-4 days for delivery but…it took them 1 working day to ship. Now on the 4th working day after them shipping the parcel, still hasn’t even reached the delivery depot. Unsure if they will even deliver on the 5th day. Now I’m leaving for holidays and unsure when the parcel will be delivered, but in any case I will not be there to collect, and unsure if I’ll be able to get a refund when I’ll post it back to them. Most of their shoes can be found in UK retailers with the exact same price and obviously faster and as promised delivery.

I see terrible reviews but I had a perfect experience (apart from the fact that the Evri driver stole from one of the packages and resealed it). But Converse refunded me and gave me discount on next order, so I cant complain.
A lot of the reviews are to do with delivery, so I would say to Converse, stop using those scumbags Evri.

Fast shipping in 6days
I ordered From the website and revived a shipped notification the Following day I was worried the tracking was recognised and after seeing the reviews figured I would end up going out to buy the shoes as I needed them for a wedding, however the tracking updated after a few days and that same day the shoes were delivered from ordering to delivery 6 days so very fast and a good experience

No place to even get a return label without having to wait a $#*! load for your turn in a virtual queue or try your luck calling. Wtf why do they not have a place where i can email and not have to wait on them. But again no where is there a way to print out you own return invoice without those drooling braindead dogs giving you it

I have ordered a pair of converse on 8.06.2022 and arrived on 4.07.2022 ALMOST A MONTH.I've chose to option to be delivered to my house but somehow,it was delivered at some institution.My mom went to take the order and they gave her a NECKLACE.I also sent an email yesterday and still no response.How can I get my shoes?

I didn't think I would have to search reviews for a company like converse but I truly regret not doing it before purchasing. I would usually purchase on asos, JD or Schuh, however I saw 15% off and 3-4 days delivery. Tomorrow will be day 6, the tracking information doesn't work and when I spoke to customer service they confirmed the order was still in processing. I really wanted my shoes for work so I'll be purchasing a pair from one of the above mentioned stores and sending the 1st pair back to Converse....whenever they arrive. Never again Converse!

They would not help change the shipping address.
They would not help change the shipping address. After calling 1 minute after the order was placed, they would not cancel the order or change the shipping address. After recently moving, paypal changed the shipping address back to my old address without me noticing. They said they'd cancel it and I could reorder but then I got an email saying they wouldn't cancel it and I there was nothing they could do. I called and they said it was time sensitive. I had talked with someone within 1 minute of placing the order. Its horrible customer service.

Normally, i would order shoes from apps like asos or schuh, but converse website had 20% off discount. I ordered them without thinking anything bad, as it’s official website. But for some reason I checked the reviews here and it got me very scared. I did get an email with tracking code that did not work at first, and thought I will be one of the not lucky ones, but it eventually showed where my order is.
It took a week to get delivered, but shoes are perfect and I am happy.
Decided to leave a good review, so people would know that some orders get delivered with no problems?

Ordered some smoked grey limited edition converse chucks 70s according to site they advise ordering half size down. I did this and too small. Sent back over a week ago. Still no refund. At same time of sending back I bought true size. Some 7 days later they arrived. So in total a 14 day wait. I wanted them for a night out and didn't come in time. Tracking was sent in good time but was not recognised with courier. When eventually came label said 24 hour tracking. Completely false. So either they print label without sending shoes or they lie!!!
While the shoes are great. The process is a mare.

Our experience with Converse was absolutely fantastic. The costumer service was outstanding; they are always coming back to assist you, and were really helpful. And unlike most other stores, employees had actual life in their voices when they spoke. That made our experience a lot more pleasant. We additionally found what we wanted really quickly, and something a little extra. Thank you!

Absolutely appalling service!!! I ordered 7 days ago and delivery stated 3-4 days on the website however I am still waiting!! The tracking number they provided is still not even being recognised so clearly the order has not even been sent yet. I have ordered from Schuh and got next day delivery. Do not order directly from converse! Awful!!
STOP MISLEADING YOUR CUSTOMERS
If I could give no stars I would terrible service converse in fact customer service don’t care and say they don’t understand you (yes right) they don’t want to help.
3-4 days for delivery they said why don’t you converse tell the truth on delivery because it’s not 3 - 4 days I am now waiting a week still no tracking or help from so called customer service. Stop misleading people on your website. NEVER AGAIN OWFULL TO DEAL WITH.

I get THE SAME converse each time…
I get THE SAME converse each time instore unisex black high top size 9 .. THE ONE TIME I got them online they got all busted up right away in places they have never failed me before. The sole started seperarating from the canvas after less than a year. I've had the same wear and tear at the same job with every pair. I want a discount on my next instore pair somehow. I usually can wear these until they melt off me then they get retired to yard shoes as they usually just go bald first. Don't get online

These people are complete scammers. They said my trainers would take 3 - 4 days to arrive, it's now day 5 or 6 and there's no sign of them. They also use a fraudulent delivery service called local-depot27, and they'll send you a text saying something like "John tried to deliver your parcel today but nobody was in. Schedule a delivery time at (then they provide a link to their scam site which is designed to rob you.) Also, don't bother trying to call their number unless you can speak Spanish because the answering machine is in Spanish. If you email them, it will take them days to get back to you and all they say is basically "don't worry, it's on the way." They provide a tracking number but they never update the order progress. You have no idea where your order is and they won't help you at all. If you've fallen for this scam, go to your bank and initiate a dispute immediately. Your order is never going to see the light of day. Converse is ran by a bunch of scumbags.
